The narrative begins with Antony being rushed to the hospital but declared dead. His body is brought home, and it is revealed that his spirit lingers for a week. Only his pet dog, Rony, can see and interact with him. Antony, a college dropout who ran his own studio, had two dogs, Ruby and Rony. However, he sold Ruby without his father’s consent. Later, Antony falls in love with a girl named Sanjana but dies in an accident before he can confess his feelings.
During his spiritual journey, Antony’s spirit strives to make Sanjana aware of his love and demise. On the seventh day, Rony delivers a letter to Sanjana, informing her of Antony’s death. She visits his home, learns about his love, and fulfills his final wish. Before departing, Antony reunites Ruby and Rony, who return to live with his father, bringing a sense of closure to the story.
