**Storyline:**
Satya and Deepthi, a couple living in Visakhapatnam, face a tragic turn when a notorious don named Veeru Bhai develops an obsession for Deepthi. After Deepthi’s parents are murdered, the couple attempts to flee to Hyderabad by bus. However, their escape is interrupted when Veeru’s henchmen—Deva, his brother Ajay, and a corrupt police inspector, Shravan—board the bus. In a horrifying act, they kill Deepthi in front of Satya and leave him for dead after stabbing him and setting the bus on fire. Miraculously, Dr. Shailaja saves Satya’s life by giving him a new face and skin through surgery. Ten months later, Satya awakens from a coma and embarks on a mission of vengeance.
Assuming the identity of Ram, Satya returns to Visakhapatnam, where he crosses paths with Shruti, a model whom Veeru desires. Using his new appearance to his advantage, Satya befriends Shruti and begins his quest for justice. He lures Deva to an unfinished building and kills him using an electric shock. The discovery of Deva’s photo, marked with a “1,” raises questions for the authorities. Satya then files a missing person report for Deepthi, deliberately misleading the police. Inspector Shravan, aware of Deepthi’s death months earlier, grows suspicious of Satya and tails him to a mall, where Satya kills him by hanging.
During the investigation into Shravan’s death, Satya presents himself as a witness and describes his former face as the killer, further complicating the case. He manipulates Ajay into falling for Shruti and orchestrates a situation where the two are photographed in compromising positions, all under the guise of helping Shruti secure a film audition. As Satya’s plan unfolds, he inches closer to his ultimate goal of avenging Deepthi’s death and bringing Veeru Bhai to justice.
