**Plot Summary:**
Arun, a Chartered Accountant, works for Mr. Mehta, assisting him in managing illegal operations. Arun is deeply in love with Priti, but she develops feelings for Shyam, who was introduced to her by Arun himself.
Meanwhile, Badey, a notorious Delhi gangster, falls out of favor with Minister Verma, leading to his imprisonment. In jail, Badey faces daily humiliation and beatings under the Minister’s orders. Satbir, a corrupt police officer, aids Badey during his incarceration. Kuldeep, another inmate, is released and reunites with his wife, Shanti.
Badey’s brother, Chhotey, along with his gang—Kuldeep, Tony, Chacha, Guddu, and others—devises a plan to secure Badey’s release. They decide to kidnap Shyam, who is engaged to Verma’s daughter Anjali. However, the plan goes awry, and they end up kidnapping both Shyam and Priti. To ensure Shyam’s safety, Priti agrees to mediate between Verma and the gangsters, unaware that Arun has been secretly tracking them since the abduction.
As the situation unfolds, Priti meets Anjali, Verma, and Shyam’s father, Singhania. Verma, upon learning of Shyam’s affair with Priti, refuses to negotiate for Badey’s release. In the meantime, Arun transfers illegal funds into the bank accounts of Verma’s son, threatening to expose the transactions to the media unless Badey is freed.
However, it is revealed that Chhotey’s true motive is to obtain Badey’s bank account details and eliminate him. Discovering this betrayal, Badey entrusts Kuldeep with the details of his foreign bank accounts, setting the stage for further chaos.
