Description: Yeh Saali Aashiqui is a 2019 Hindi film that revolves around the tumultuous relationship between Sahil Mehra and Mittee Deora. The story begins when the two meet during their hotel management studies in Shimla and fall in love. However, their relationship takes a dark turn when Sahil accuses Mittee of cheating on an exam, leading to their breakup. Mittee, seeking revenge, falsely claims that Sahil attempted to assault her. As a result, Sahil is labeled as mentally ill and sent to a mental hospital, despite being perfectly sane.
Years later, Sahil escapes from the institution with the help of his twin brother, Surya, and embarks on a mission to seek revenge against Mittee, who is now in a relationship with Anuj Mathur. Sahil terrorizes Mittee multiple times, aided by her friend Kavita. Anuj, growing suspicious, visits the mental asylum and mistakes Surya for Sahil, further complicating the situation. When Mittee and Anuj decide to get engaged, Sahil exposes Mittee’s true character by projecting a video during their engagement ceremony. The video reveals her deceitful nature, prompting Anuj to call off the wedding and Mittee’s family to disown her.
The climax unfolds in a hospital where Sahil confronts Mittee one last time. In a heated confrontation, Mittee tries to shoot Sahil but misses repeatedly. Ultimately, she fatally shoots him in her parents’ room, bringing their tragic saga to a devastating end.
