Radhe, a gangster with a mysterious background, earns his living by carrying out killings. During one of his assignments, he encounters Jhanvi, a woman engrossed in her fitness training. Radhe instantly falls for her, but their initial interaction leaves Jhanvi with a negative impression of him. Over time, however, she begins to reciprocate his feelings. Meanwhile, Talpade, a corrupt and lustful inspector, becomes obsessed with Jhanvi and blackmails her into marrying him, threatening to harm her mother if she refuses.
Talpade is informed about Radhe’s existence by Jhanvi’s landlord and attempts to intimidate him. However, Radhe outsmarts Talpade, leaving the inspector terrified. Simultaneously, an international don named Gani Bhai arrives in India to orchestrate assassinations and hires Radhe for his operations. Gani Bhai’s gang, led by Golden Bhai, clashes with another gang led by Datta Pawle, as both groups fight for control over Mumbai.
In response to the rising crime, Commissioner Ashraf Taufiq Khan decides to rid Mumbai of criminal elements and arrests Gani Bhai. Despite Gani Bhai’s efforts to contact Radhe, he fails. Ashraf is blackmailed into releasing Gani Bhai after the gang kidnaps his daughter and leaks an explicit video of her online. Under the influence of drugs, Ashraf’s daughter reveals a mission involving an IPS officer, Rajveer Singh Shekhawat, who is tasked with killing Gani Bhai.
Unable to identify Rajveer, Gani Bhai captures his father, Shrikant Shekhawat. Shrikant proudly speaks of his son’s achievements without disclosing his identity, leading Gani Bhai to mistakenly kill Ajay, Rajveer’s adopted brother. Upon realizing his error, Gani Bhai pressures Shrikant to reveal Rajveer’s true identity. When Shrikant refuses, he is murdered.
Radhe, who is revealed to be Rajveer Shekhawat, arrives at the scene of his father’s death, consumed by rage. Determined to avenge his father and brother, Radhe confronts Talpade to locate Gani Bhai. After a fierce battle, Radhe rescues Ashraf’s daughter and eliminates both Gani Bhai and Talpade, bringing justice to his family.
