Description: Waltair Veerayya, a prominent fisherman turned smuggler from Vizag, requires funds to pursue a legal battle. He is approached by CI Seethapathi, who informs him about Solomon Caesar, a notorious drug lord who escaped R&AW custody after killing several police officers. Seethapathi, responsible for Caesar’s custody, faces suspension and seeks Veerayya’s help to extradite Caesar from Malaysia to India in exchange for financial support. Veerayya agrees and travels to Malaysia with his friends and Seethapathi’s brother-in-law. They stay at Caesar’s hotel and plan to capture him.
However, Veerayya misses his chance when he is distracted by Dr. Nithya and her daughter, Vaishnavi. Seethapathi’s brother-in-law grows impatient and attempts to confront Caesar without Veerayya, leading to their capture. Veerayya intervenes, tricking Caesar into believing they want to strike a drug deal, saving the day. Later, Veerayya is invited to Caesar’s private party, where masked assassins try to seize Caesar. Veerayya thwarts their plan, only to discover they are undercover RAW agents led by Athidhi.
Impressed, Caesar offers Veerayya anything in return for saving his life. Veerayya requests Caesar’s return to India, which he agrees to. However, Caesar uncovers their plan, leading to a confrontation. As Caesar interrogates Athidhi and Michael Solomon, his elder brother, Veerayya retaliates, revealing Michael as his true target. In a dramatic showdown at Batu Caves, Veerayya kills Caesar to reach Michael.
The story traces back four years when Michael, disguised as Kaala, befriended Veerayya and secretly used his ice factory for drug trafficking. Veerayya’s half-brother, ACP Vikram Sagar, arrives in Vizag to dismantle the drug syndicate. The brothers, estranged since childhood due to an accident involving Veerayya’s vertigo, are forced to confront their past.
