**Storyline:**
The story begins with Zakariya Mohammed, a man infected by an unknown virus, being admitted to the Government Medical College in Kozhikode. Akhila, a nurse who treated Zakariya, also contracts the virus. Panic ensues as more cases emerge in the surrounding areas.
Dr. Salim, a neurologist, examines Zakariya’s father, Razak, and identifies symptoms resembling poisoning, Japanese encephalitis, and other infections. Suspecting the Nipah virus, Dr. Salim requests Dr. Suresh Rajan to conduct tests on samples collected from Suhana, Zakariya’s sister. As the death toll rises, Dr. Suresh Babu confirms the outbreak as the Nipah virus, which spreads rapidly across Kozhikode and neighboring districts.
The film portrays the real-life struggles of those affected, weaving personal stories into the narrative to create emotional depth. Sister Akhila, the nurse who treated Zakariya, dies after a prolonged battle with the virus, leaving behind a heartfelt letter for her husband.
