**Storyline:**
Edward Sullen strips off his clothes during the Saint Salvador festival, while Becca Crane rushes to stop him. As she runs through a fountain, she accidentally splashes water around, causing people to start partying in the fountain and ultimately preventing Becca from reaching Edward.
In a flashback, Becca Crane (played by Jenn Proske) moves to the small town of Sporks in the Pacific Northwest to live with her clueless father, Sheriff Frank (Diedrich Bader), after her mother begins an affair with Tiger Woods. Meanwhile, a series of killings are blamed on Canadians, but the true culprits are a group of vampires often mistaken for the Black Eyed Peas. Becca becomes intrigued by the mysterious and distant Edward Sullen (Matt Lanter), whose strange behavior confuses her during their biology class.
Later, when Becca is nearly hit by a van in the school parking lot, Edward stops the vehicle by pushing another student into its path. Becca then dreams of Edward being in her room—only to discover he actually is, though he is repulsed by her sleeping habits. After some research, Becca confronts Edward, believing he is one of the Jonas Brothers. Edward clarifies that he is, in fact, a vampire but survives on animal blood. Despite the risks, Becca agrees to go to prom with him.
In her room, Becca and Edward share a passionate kiss. Becca tries to seduce Edward, but he resists. On her birthday, Edward introduces Becca to his vampire family. While unwrapping a gift, Becca gets a paper cut, prompting Edward’s brother Jeremiah to attempt to bite her. Edward intervenes and takes Becca to the woods, where he breaks up with her. Becca throws a tantrum after he leaves but is soon attacked by three nomadic vampires. Edward returns just in time to save her.”
