Celebrated as a road film, *Uronchondi* follows the trio’s journey on a truck, where they bond, share their stories, and provoke thought through their interactions. While the exploration of women’s societal roles and their resistance to oppression is commendable, it occasionally lacks novelty. For instance, Bindiya’s bold escape from her abusive husband and her defiance of gender norms are powerful but not groundbreaking. Despite this, the film remains an engaging portrayal of resilience and freedom.
