**Storyline:**
Julius and Vincent Benedict are fraternal twin brothers born as a result of a secret genetic experiment. Scientists aimed to create the perfect child by combining DNA from six fathers, but the embryo unexpectedly split, resulting in twins. Their birth mother, Mary Ann Benedict, was informed that Julius died at birth, while Vincent’s existence was kept entirely hidden.
Vincent was placed in an orphanage in Los Angeles, believing his mother abandoned him. Growing up alone, he became a small-time criminal struggling with debt. Julius, on the other hand, was raised on a South Pacific island by Professor Werner, one of the scientists involved in the experiment. Werner provided Julius with rigorous physical training and education. Both brothers were unaware of each other’s existence and believed their mother had passed away during childbirth.
On their 35th birthday, Werner reveals Vincent’s existence to Julius. With Werner’s blessing, Julius travels to Los Angeles to find his brother. He eventually locates Vincent in jail, where he is being held for unpaid parking tickets and driving with an expired license. Julius bails him out, but Vincent dismisses his story and leaves him in a parking lot.
Julius tracks Vincent to his workplace, where he finds him being assaulted by Morris Klane, a loan shark to whom Vincent owes $20,000. Julius intervenes and earns Vincent’s trust by subduing Morris. Julius later meets Vincent’s girlfriend, Linda Mason, and begins a romantic relationship with her sister, Marnie.
During a dinner, Vincent shows Julius a document he stole from the orphanage, revealing that their mother is still alive. However, Vincent, still harboring resentment over her perceived abandonment, shows no interest in finding her.
