Description: “Tuck Jagadish” is an Indian Telugu-language action drama film set to release in 2021. Written and directed by Shiva Nirvana, the movie is produced by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi under the Shine Screens banner. Scheduled to premiere on 10 September 2021 via Amazon Prime Video, coinciding with Ganesh Chaturthi, the project officially began on 30 January 2020, with principal shooting starting on 11 February 2020. Filming locations included Pollachi and Rajahmundry, but production was interrupted by the pandemic. Shooting resumed in Hyderabad on 7 October 2020, adhering to COVID-19 safety protocols. However, filming was paused again on 18 October when a key crew member tested positive for the virus. With 75% of the film completed before lockdown, the team pushed forward, entering the final shooting schedule on 5 December 2020. Post-production began in January 2021, with Nani dubbing his portions.
Originally, S. Thaman was announced as the music director, marking his first collaboration with Nani and second with Shiva Nirvana. However, creative differences led to Thaman’s exit from the project, and Gopi Sundar was brought in to handle the re-recording and background score. Thaman had already composed five songs before his departure. The first single, “Inkosaari Inkosaari,” was released on 13 February 2021, just before Valentine’s Day.
Overall, “Tuck Jagadish” promises to be a compelling blend of action and drama, showcasing the talents of its cast and crew.
