Description: Antonio Flores, a modest valet, lives with his mother Cecilia while sharing custody of his teenage son with his separated wife, Isabel. Meanwhile, actress Olivia Allan is secretly romantically involved with Vincent Royce, a married billionaire and city developer. One evening, as Olivia enters her Uber with Vincent nearby, Antonio accidentally crashes his bike into the car. The incident is captured by photographers, sparking rumors of Olivia and Vincent’s affair. To protect his company from the fallout of a potential divorce, Vincent devises a scheme for Olivia and Antonio to pretend to be a couple. Olivia agrees to avoid negative publicity ahead of the premiere of her new film, *Earhart*, where she portrays Amelia Earhart. Antonio negotiates a payment of $12,850 from Vincent to settle Isabel’s debts, hoping to reconcile with her.
During a staged lunch date surrounded by paparazzi, Olivia’s rude behavior reveals her superficial nature to Antonio. Despite this, others, except Vincent’s wife Kathryn, are convinced by the ruse. Kathryn hires a private investigator to monitor them at the *Earhart* premiere, where she confronts Antonio. He defends himself against her criticism of his job, and after the event, Antonio realizes he has gained fame, particularly within the Latin American community.
Later, Antonio and his friends help a drunken Olivia return home to avoid unflattering press. The next morning, Olivia is welcomed by Antonio’s family, who prepare her a warm breakfast. She observes their genuine affection and positive energy. Vincent mistakenly believes Olivia and Antonio have become romantically involved, sparking his jealousy. Although *Earhart* receives favorable reviews, Olivia remains troubled, uncertain about Vincent’s commitment to leaving his wife for her.
