Description: **The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2003**
**Storyline:**
On August 18, 1973, five young adults—Erin, her boyfriend Kemper, and their friends Morgan, Andy, and Pepper—are traveling back from Mexico after purchasing marijuana. They plan to attend a Lynyrd Skynyrd concert. While driving through Texas, they encounter a distressed hitchhiker walking along the road. The group picks her up, but she is severely traumatized and speaks incoherently about “a bad man.” Suddenly, she pulls out a revolver and takes her own life.
Shaken, the group stops at a nearby diner to contact the police. A woman named Luda Mae directs them to meet Sheriff Hoyt at the mill. However, they only find a young boy named Jedidiah, who tells them Hoyt is at home. Erin and Kemper set off to find Hoyt’s house, leaving the others at the mill. They reach a plantation house, where an amputee named Monty allows Erin inside to call for help. Meanwhile, Kemper searches for Erin inside the house and is brutally killed by Thomas Hewitt, also known as “Leatherface.”
Back at the mill, Sheriff Hoyt arrives and disposes of the hitchhiker’s body. Erin, realizing Kemper is missing, returns to the plantation house with Andy. While Erin distracts Monty, Andy searches for Kemper. However, Leatherface attacks Andy with a chainsaw, severing his leg and taking him to the basement. Erin manages to escape and returns to the mill, but Sheriff Hoyt intercepts them. After finding marijuana in the van, Hoyt forces Morgan to reenact the hitchhiker’s suicide using the revolver he took earlier.
