Description: In “The Stolen Princess” (2018), a tale of magic and adventure unfolds. Two sorcerers, Finn and Shernomore, engage in a fierce battle over Finn’s wife, Princess Nina. Finn initially gains the upper hand but is ultimately defeated when Shernomore tricks him into stepping on a “force field,” stripping him of his magical powers and youth. Shernomore absorbs these powers, while Nina is turned into a stone statue, her love serving as the energy source for his magic.
In the present day, Ruslan, an aspiring knight and wandering artist, performs in a play written by Lester, an eccentric playwright. He portrays both Finn and Shernomore. Meanwhile, Princess Mila, yearning for adventure, feels stifled by her overprotective father, King Vladimir, who demands she marry against her wishes. One night, she sneaks out of the castle, only to be rescued by Ruslan from two thugs. Ruslan, fearing judgment, claims to be a knight.
As their bond grows, Ruslan and Mila share tender moments. However, their budding romance is shattered when Shernomore kidnaps Mila in a violent tornado. Ruslan attempts to save her but is knocked unconscious. Upon waking, he is accused by the king of abducting Mila. Desperate to prove his innocence, Ruslan seeks Lester’s help and ventures to a cave where a wise cat reveals Shernomore’s sinister plan. Every century, Shernomore captures a princess in love, using the power of her love to restore his magic. Many have tried to stop him, but none have succeeded.
Determined to rescue Mila, Ruslan embarks on a perilous journey to confront the evil sorcerer and save the princess he loves.
