Frank reveals he is dying from consumption and has hidden $50,000 in a meadow, offering it to Tommy and his tribe.
However, trouble arises when Cicero, a ruthless bandit leader, demands Frank’s buried fortune. To protect Tommy and the tribe, Frank allows himself to be kidnapped, guiding Cicero to the so-called “Singing Windmill.” When Tommy fails to find the money, he sets out on a mission to gather the funds needed to save his father.
