Rama, a devout Muslim, expectant father, and rookie cop, joins a 20-man SWAT team led by Sergeant Jaka. Their mission is guided by Lieutenant Wahyu, who criticizes Jaka for bringing inexperienced recruits. Upon entering the building, the team encounters a man whose wife is ill, but he escapes soon after. Moving tactfully from the ground floor, they reach the sixth floor when their presence is discovered by a child who raises the alarm. Lieutenant Wahyu kills the child, alerting the drug lord, Tama. Using CCTV, Tama cuts the power and offers sanctuary to anyone who eliminates the SWAT team. Sgt. Jaka learns the mission was unsanctioned, leaving the team with no hope of reinforcements or rescue.
