The duo infiltrates parties, encounters dangerous individuals, and uncovers a web of mysteries tied to the film’s financiers.
“The Nice Guys” premiered on May 11, 2016, in Hollywood and screened at the Cannes Film Festival before its wide release on May 20, 2016. It received positive reviews for its humor, intriguing mystery, and the performances of its lead actors. Despite grossing $62 million against a $50 million budget, it has since gained a cult following.
