Description: Mark, a teenage boy, finds himself trapped in a time loop, endlessly reliving the same day. After thousands of repetitions, he has mastered daily routines and uses his foresight to help others discreetly. He becomes infatuated with a girl he regularly guides and tries to connect with her, but his efforts are repeatedly thwarted. One day, a girl named Margaret unexpectedly intervenes in one of his planned moments. Mark discovers that she, too, is stuck in the same time loop.
As they spend time together, Mark shares details about his life, including his father’s decision to quit his job to write a book about the Civil War. Margaret reveals her aspiration to work for NASA as a mission specialist and her ongoing search for a lost dog. Despite growing closer, their personalities differ—Mark is carefree, while Margaret is cautious and risk-averse. Every evening, she rushes off after receiving a text from a medical student named Jared.
Determined to escape the loop, Mark and Margaret begin searching for what they call “perfect moments” in their city, believing it might end their cycle. Mark creates a mock moon landing in the gym for Margaret, and she later discovers his map of perfect moments in his room. When Mark attempts to kiss her, she gently pushes him away.
