Description: The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997) is an action-packed thriller and the sequel to Jurassic Park. Four years after the chaos on Isla Nublar, multimillionaire John Hammond surprises mathematician Ian Malcolm by revealing he has secretly bred more dinosaurs on Isla Sorna. Malcolm, along with his paleontologist girlfriend Sarah Harding and a wildlife videographer, joins an expedition to study the dinosaurs in their natural habitat. However, they soon face danger as InGen’s new leader, Peter Ludlow, plans to exploit the island’s creatures to save the company from bankruptcy.
The story begins when a British family’s daughter is attacked by Compsognathus dinosaurs on Isla Sorna but is rescued by her father and crew. Hammond then seeks Malcolm’s help to document the free-roaming dinosaurs and advocate for non-interference. Malcolm reluctantly agrees after learning Sarah is already on the island. Traveling with a team, Malcolm discovers Ludlow’s mercenaries capturing dinosaurs for profit.
The film combines thrilling action with themes of human ambition clashing with nature, delivering a gripping adventure set in a world where dinosaurs rule once again.
