**Storyline:**
A couple, Jared and Lily, discover a mysterious and disturbed girl named Nell Sweetzer in their home. She is taken to a hospital, where she appears catatonic. After spending several months in a supportive girls’ home in New Orleans, run by therapist Frank, Nell begins to recover and takes on a job as a chambermaid at a hotel under her boss, Beverly. Though her life seems to be improving, unsettling events occur when Nell and her friends—Gwen, Daphne, and Monique—attend a Mardi Gras parade. Nell notices strange occurrences, including masked men observing her, and her demeanor begins to shift as darker forces reemerge, hinting at the return of the demon Abalam.
Tragedy strikes when Stephanie, another girl from the home, dies under mysterious circumstances. Nell’s former nurse, Cecile, reveals the existence of the Order of the Right Hand, a secret group monitoring Nell. Meanwhile, Nell’s friends uncover a YouTube video that resurfaces footage from the events of the previous film, turning Nell into an unwilling internet sensation. The video deeply disturbs her, and the situation worsens when Chris, a coworker who had feelings for Nell, takes his own life after watching a disturbing clip from the footage. Seeking help, Cecile connects Nell with Calder and Jeffrey from the Order of the Right Hand, as the battle against the demonic forces intensifies.
