Storyline:
At George W. Bush State Prison in Texas, William “Bill” Boss, a cigar-smoking, chauvinistic, arrogant, and psychopathic warden, watches the end of *The Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence)* with his accountant, Dwight Butler. Dwight proposes a “brilliant idea” to address the prison’s severe retention and violence issues, but their discussion is interrupted by a phone call.
Later, in the warden’s office, Bill receives a mysterious package containing dried African clitorises, which he consumes for strength. After eating a few, he receives a threatening prank call from an inmate and brutally waterboards him with boiling water, leaving him disfigured. Governor Hughes arrives shortly after, demanding an end to the violence and threatening to fire both Bill and Dwight if they fail to comply. In response, Bill orders a mass castration of the inmates and personally castrates one prisoner, cooking and eating the testicles as “energy food.”
Dwight finally presents his idea to Bill, suggesting that the inmates be surgically connected mouth-to-anus to form a massive human centipede, which he believes would deter criminal behavior. Bill is skeptical but later has a nightmare about being attacked and raped by the inmates. Seeking reassurance, Bill summons Tom Six, the director of *The Human Centipede* films, to the prison. Six confirms the medical accuracy of the concept and grants permission to use his idea, provided he can witness the procedure. The first two films are shown to the inmates to reveal their potential fate, causing a riot. During the chaos, inmates chase Bill and Dwight to the warden’s office, where they assault Bill’s assistant, Daisy, leaving her unconscious.
