Description: Adrián, a young orchestra conductor, is heartbroken after watching a video message from his girlfriend Belén, announcing she is leaving him. In his despair, he meets Fabiana at a bar, and the two quickly form a relationship. Fabiana moves into the house Adrián previously shared with Belén, but soon, strange occurrences begin. She hears odd noises from the bathroom, gets scalded by unexpectedly hot water, and senses an eerie presence.
Meanwhile, Adrián becomes a suspect in Belén’s disappearance, though investigators find no evidence linking him to the case. A police officer, who happens to be Fabiana’s ex, warns Adrián that any harm to Fabiana would result in severe consequences.
The house, owned by a German woman named Emma, holds a dark secret: a hidden, soundproof room designed to conceal Emma’s husband, a former Nazi SS officer, during the war. Jealous of Adrián’s relationship with a violinist named Verónica, Belén decides to stage her disappearance. She records the breakup video and hides in the secret room, planning to reveal herself once Adrián has suffered enough. However, she loses the key and becomes trapped, unable to call for help.
Fabiana eventually discovers the key to the secret room but doesn’t recognize its purpose. Through tapping on the pipes, Belén manages to communicate with Fabiana, leaving ripples in the bathroom sink. When Fabiana realizes Belén is trapped, she hesitates to free her, fearing she might lose Adrián if Belén returns.
