Twenty years later, a group of trainee IPS officers—Mithran, Shakthi, Suraj, Kathiresan, and Janardhan “Jana”—secretly assist the police in apprehending a gang involved in kidnapping. One day, Mithran receives a mysterious text from an anonymous sender who claims to know about their covert activities. They meet the sender, Mahima, who has feelings for Mithran. That same night, they witness the murder of a social activist, Ramar, disguised as a snatch theft. Mithran and his team capture the gang members and hand them over to the police, but days later, the gang leader appears at the IPS headquarters accompanied by the home minister, exposing a shocking connection between politics and organized crime.
Mithran reveals his research, which connects seemingly unrelated incidents to a larger network of politicians, industrialists, and criminals manipulating the law for personal gain. He identifies three key figures: Ashok Pandian, a pharmaceutical mogul; Charles Chelladurai, a mineral magnate; and Perumal Swamy, a don. Together, they form a powerful and corrupt alliance.
