The story revolves around Monica Brown, a talk show host, who interviews a severely disfigured woman. This woman is the only survivor of a brutal massacre that occurred on Halloween night. Monica reveals that the killer, known as “Art the Clown,” mysteriously vanished from the morgue, hinting he might still be alive. However, the survivor insists she witnessed his death. After the interview, Monica mocks the woman’s appearance, leading to a violent confrontation where the woman gouges out Monica’s eyes.
On Halloween night, two friends, Tara and Dawn, leave a party and head to Dawn’s car, where they encounter Art the Clown. He follows them to a pizzeria, where he is kicked out for causing a disturbance. Discovering a slashed tire, Tara calls her sister Vicky for help. While waiting, Tara meets Mike, a pest control worker, and enters an abandoned building to use the restroom. Inside, she encounters a strange woman obsessed with a doll she believes is her child.
Meanwhile, Art returns to the pizzeria, murders the staff, and kidnaps Dawn. Tara faces Art in the abandoned building, where he attacks her with a scalpel and drugs her. She awakens tied to a chair, forced to witness Art’s gruesome act of sawing Dawn in half.
The film is a chilling tale of terror, showcasing the horrors inflicted by Art the Clown on Halloween night.
