Description: Fearing the possibility of a Third World War, CIA agent “Mac” Mackenzie recruits Ahab, the leader of a private military unit called Black Lizard, for a critical mission. Their task is to infiltrate a hidden underground bunker located 30 meters below the Korean DMZ and eliminate a high-value target. The target is later revealed to be King, the Supreme Leader of North Korea. Ahab and his team storm the site, overpower the forces protecting King, and take everyone hostage. However, complications arise when one of Ahab’s men is injured during the operation. Despite requests for a medical evacuation, Ahab insists on proceeding, leading to further chaos.
Upon returning to his room, Ahab is ambushed by a traitorous teammate who attempts to strike a deal after killing Logan and King. Ahab manages to turn the tables, killing the traitor and discovering King’s apparent death in the bathroom. He sets up a communication system, but Mac warns that failure to eliminate King will result in dire consequences. Ahab, hindered by his damaged artificial leg, orders his team to find the doctor accompanying King, Dr. Yoon Ji-eui. Using a motion camera, they locate her and rescue her from an impending attack.
Dr. Yoon instructs Ahab to revive King by transferring O+ blood into his body. Unable to use the available blood pouch, Ahab injects the wounded Logan and transfers blood directly from him to King, despite Logan’s protests. As the bunker is bombed, Ahab and Yoon become trapped, Logan dies, and Ahab’s forces engage in a fierce battle with their enemies.
Ahab and Yoon communicate, and she assists him in removing a bullet from his thigh. After accidentally tearing an artery, Ahab tapes his wound and orders Yoon to search for additional blood supplies. Meanwhile, Ahab regains phone signal and receives a crucial call from Mac, setting the stage for the next phase of their perilous mission.
