Description: After being adopted three years ago, Stuart Little begins to doubt his abilities following a failed soccer game with his adoptive older brother, George. Their relationship grows more tense after Stuart accidentally destroys a model airplane they were building together. Frederick, Stuart’s adoptive father, tries to cheer him up by reminding him that “every cloud has a silver lining.”
Later, while driving home from school, Stuart encounters an injured canary named Margalo, who falls into his car. Stuart invites her to stay with his family. However, Margalo is secretly working with a greedy falcon, stealing valuable items from households. As an orphaned bird, Margalo feels conflicted about her actions and forms a close bond with Stuart. When the falcon threatens Stuart’s life unless Margalo steals Eleanor’s wedding ring, she reluctantly complies.
The Littles soon discover the ring is missing, and they assume it fell down the kitchen sink. Stuart volunteers to retrieve it by being lowered into the drain, but the string breaks, and he falls. Margalo saves him and leaves the house to protect him. The next day, Stuart believes Margalo has been kidnapped by the falcon and sets out to rescue her with the help of the family cat, Snowbell. Before leaving, Stuart asks George to cover for him with their parents.
Guided by Snowbell’s alley cat friend, Monty, Stuart and Snowbell track the falcon to the Pishkin Building. There, Stuart confronts the falcon. Margalo reassures Stuart that, despite her actions, she still cares for him. Stuart pleads with her to return home, but the falcon refuses to let her go.
