**Plot Summary:**
Harry Sanborn, a wealthy New York record company owner, has a habit of dating women under 30, including his current girlfriend, Marin Klein. The couple heads to Marin’s mother’s beach house in the Hamptons, expecting to have the place to themselves. However, their plans are disrupted when Marin’s mother, Erica Barry—a successful playwright—and her sister Zoe unexpectedly arrive.
The evening takes a dramatic turn when Harry suffers a heart attack during an intimate moment with Marin. He is rushed to the hospital, where Dr. Julian Mercer advises him to stay close by for observation. Reluctantly, Harry ends up staying with Erica at the beach house.
