Description: The 2017 film *Solo* features four distinct stories, each starring Dulquer Salmaan in pivotal roles: Shekhar, Trilok, Siva, and Rudra. The first story, centered around the element of water, follows Shekhar, a stammering yet bold young man, and Radhika, a blind yet gifted dancer. Their love blossoms during their college years, though Radhika’s affections are initially unclear—leading to speculation about her feelings for Shekhar’s friend Nelson or someone named Sanju. Eventually, Radhika publicly declares her love for Shekhar, marking the start of their poetic romance. Despite initial family opposition, the couple’s union is approved after Radhika reveals her pregnancy. Tragedy strikes, however, when Radhika passes away during childbirth. Unable to cope, Shekhar meets with an accident but later fulfills a promise to Radhika by spending time with their daughter on a beach, a place she cherished.
In another storyline, Aisha’s life takes a tragic turn when her bicycle collides with a BMW driven by Thomas Zachariah. Although Zachariah’s son-in-law, Justin, attempts to save her, Aisha dies en route to the hospital, and her body is abandoned on the road. Four years later, Justin and his wife Annie mourn Zachariah’s death. After a business trip, Justin’s car crashes due to brake failure. He is rescued by Dr. Trilok Menon, a veterinarian, who rushes him to the hospital. During the journey, Justin discovers a photo of Aisha in Trilok’s car, realizing she was Trilok’s late wife.
