**Storyline:**
Carrie Wink (played by Anna Nicole Smith) is a stunning and skilled helicopter pilot working for Heliscort, a company that provides helicopter taxi services to high-profile clients. She is married to Gordon Wink (Richard Steinmetz), an LAPD detective, and the film includes flashbacks of their relationship.
The plot centers around Fairfax (Charles M. Huber), a ruthless South African criminal mastermind who often quotes Shakespeare. He is determined to acquire four interconnected electronic devices that possess the power to “shift the balance of power in the world.” Through deceit and violence, Fairfax has already secured three of the devices. Unknowingly, Carrie has transported two of Fairfax’s henchmen to one of their exchange locations.
The fourth device is hidden in the Zitex building, an 86-floor skyscraper in downtown Los Angeles, where the majority of the action unfolds. Fairfax and his French assistant Jacques (Jonathan Fuller) are picked up by Carrie, who flies them to the Zitex building. Once there, Fairfax’s team of terrorists takes control of the building’s security system, eliminates the guards, and occupies an entire floor. Surprisingly, the building appears nearly empty despite its size.
Fairfax confronts Cranston (Eugene Robert Glazer), the holder of the fourth device. As with the previous possessors, Fairfax plans to kill him. During a shootout, Cranston is fatally wounded but manages to escape with the device. He meets Carrie on the roof, entrusting her with the suitcase containing the device and urging her to protect it from Fairfax at all costs.
Carrie becomes a key figure in the mission to prevent Fairfax from achieving his dangerous goal, as the fate of the world hangs in the balance.
