Description: In *Sing 2*, the story picks up with Buster Moon thriving in his new theater. After failing to impress talent scout Suki, who doubts his potential in Redshore City, Buster, encouraged by Nana Noodleman, reunites the singers from the first film and heads to the city. They manage to sneak into an audition with entertainment mogul Jimmy Crystal. Uninterested in Buster’s original pitch, Crystal approves a space-themed show proposed by Gunter, featuring the elusive rock star Clay Calloway, who hasn’t been seen in 15 years. Crystal gives them three weeks to bring the show to life.
As production begins, Rosita struggles with a fear of heights during rehearsals, leading to her role being handed to Crystal’s daughter, Porsha, while Rosita is given a minor part. Johnny, assigned to work with top choreographer Klaus Kickenklober, feels disliked and seeks help from a street dancer named Nooshy. Meanwhile, Meena is cast in a romantic scene with self-absorbed actor Darius but finds a connection with an ice cream vendor, Alfonso.
Buster and Ash visit Clay Calloway to convince him to join the show. Initially reluctant, Calloway agrees after Ash persuades him. Back at the theater, Buster offers Porsha the chance to switch roles with Rosita, but she misinterprets it as being fired. When Crystal discovers this, he threatens Buster and locks him in a closet. Suki rescues Buster, warning him to leave Redshore City immediately.
Determined not to back down, Buster, inspired by Calloway’s advice, decides to stage the show that same night with the help of the cast and crew, even roping Porsha back into the performance. The film showcases their journey of overcoming challenges and proving their talent against all odds.
