**Storyline:**
Just a few months after arresting international drug lord Danny, officer Durai Singam finds himself embroiled in a new challenge. A heated debate erupts in the Andhra Pradesh state assembly over the unsolved murder case of Visakhapatnam City Police Commissioner Ramakrishna. To address the issue, the Home Minister of Andhra Pradesh decides to bring Singam from Tamil Nadu to Vizag as the new Deputy Commissioner of Police, under the CBI’s directive. Upon his arrival at Vizag station, Singam faces an attack orchestrated by Gun Ravi, a henchman working for the powerful local don, Madhusudhana Reddy.
Singam begins his investigation into the commissioner’s murder while maintaining a low profile. He is shadowed by Vidya, a journalist posing as a student, who aims to write a story about him. To protect his wife Kavya Mahalingam from enemies, Singam keeps their relationship hidden, even pretending to have divorced her to avoid suspicion.
Singam’s investigation leads him to uncover a larger conspiracy. He learns about illegal dumping of medical and electronic waste, which has caused toxic smoke attacks, resulting in the death of 32 students, including a local schoolteacher’s grandchildren. Singam discovers that Ramakrishna was killed to prevent him from exposing this illegal operation.
The waste is being imported by Rajeev Krishna, owner of Vizag Scraps, in exchange for free metal scrap delivery to Australian steel companies. Madhusudhana Reddy oversees this operation in India, while Australian export minister and businessman Vittal Prasad, backed by his father, Union Minister Ram Prasad, supervises the activities.
Meanwhile, Vidya publishes an article accusing Singam of corruption and personal gain, jeopardizing his reputation. Despite the setbacks, Singam continues his mission to expose the truth and bring the culprits to justice.
