Description: Kirk Kettner works as a TSA agent at Pittsburgh International Airport. Despite being mistreated by his ex-girlfriend Marnie, he tries to mend their relationship. One day, Molly McCleish, a stunning and accomplished woman, arrives at the terminal to catch a flight. Unlike his colleagues, Kirk doesn’t flirt or harass her, which piques her interest. He further impresses her by stepping in when his boss makes inappropriate advances toward her. After Molly boards her flight, she accidentally leaves her phone at security. Kirk answers her call when she dials her lost phone and arranges to return it the next evening, deepening their connection.
The following evening, Kirk and his friend Devon go to the Andy Warhol Museum to return Molly’s phone. A misunderstanding leads to Kirk being falsely accused of spilling a drink on the museum director, and he’s asked to leave. Feeling bad about the situation, Molly offers Kirk tickets to a Pittsburgh Penguins hockey game. Kirk brings his friend Stainer to the game, where they meet Molly and her friend Patty. While Stainer and Molly are away, Patty reveals to Kirk that Molly has taken a liking to him.
A few days later, Molly asks Kirk out, and he agrees. Stainer, however, doubts their relationship’s success, labeling Molly as a “10” and Kirk as a “5.” Patty, on the other hand, thinks Molly chose Kirk because he feels “safe.” During their date, Kirk shares his dream of becoming a pilot, while Molly explains how she left her career as a lawyer to pursue her passion for event planning. The night ends with a kiss in Kirk’s car.
As their relationship grows, Molly accompanies Kirk to a family lunch. Her charm wins over the men in Kirk’s family, while Marnie, his ex, grows increasingly jealous.
