The story unfolds at the historic Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, a luxurious and iconic Los Angeles landmark known for its famous guests like Marilyn Monroe, Brad Pitt, and Prince, as well as its appearances in numerous TV shows and films. This time, the hotel becomes the eerie setting of a lockdown-themed horror thriller, directed and written by Chris Beyrooty and Connor Martin.

The plot follows newlyweds John (Brendan Hines) and Sarah (Tatjana Marjanovic), who find themselves stranded at the hotel after airlines shut down. While the accommodations are lavish, the isolation becomes increasingly unsettling. The only other people in the hotel are two staff members, Adela (Ola Kaminska) and Ty (Kevin Daniels). However, Sarah soon suspects that they may not be alone and that something sinister is at play.
As the days pass, the couple’s relationship begins to strain under the pressure of isolation and Sarah’s dwindling medication. Meanwhile, strange and inexplicable occurrences in the hotel keep the tension high. The film skillfully balances the psychological toll on the characters with the growing sense of dread, keeping viewers on edge as the mystery deepens.
