**Storyline:**
Veer, a painter and vigilante, targets corrupt police officers, killing them by setting them on fire. His identity remains hidden, and he gains public support for his actions against corruption. He also develops a close bond with Shikha, a veterinarian. Alarmed by the increasing death toll and the fear among the police force, Commissioner Manish Shukla assigns Shivansh, an honest officer, to track down the killer. Using a voice-altering app, Veer contacts Shivansh and warns of his next target.
Shivansh is misled into believing a police station is the target, but Veer kills a corrupt officer at a petrol pump instead. Realizing his error, Shivansh deciphers the killer’s pattern using the acronym “Satyameva Jayate,” identifying the next location. Surveillance is set up, and Veer, disguised as a cop, enters the station, beats a corrupt officer, and sets him on fire. After escaping, Veer reveals himself as Shivansh’s brother during a visit to his home.
Later, at a hospital, Veer secretly burns the injured officer again. Shivansh arrives as an explosion occurs, leaving him injured. Veer stages an attack on himself to divert suspicion. He burns down a safe house where corrupt officers are gathered and spends time with Shikha to establish an alibi. During a public event, Veer kills another corrupt officer, leading to a confrontation with Shivansh. Shivansh explains how Veer’s paintings of terrified men, resembling the victims, exposed his true identity.
