Description: In Montmartre, Deirdre, an Irish operative, meets with two Americans, Sam and Larry, and a Frenchman, Vincent. She leads them to a warehouse where Spence, an Englishman, and Gregor, a German, await. All are former government agents or military personnel turned mercenaries. Deirdre briefs them on their mission: to ambush a heavily armed convoy and seize a metallic briefcase.
Before the main operation, the team must acquire weapons, but the task becomes a trap. Although they survive and secure the weapons, Sam exposes Spence as a fraud, leading to his dismissal. As preparations continue, Deirdre consults her handler, Seamus O’Rourke, who reveals that the Russian mafia is bidding for the case, urging the team to act swiftly. During a stakeout, Deirdre and Sam grow closer.
The team successfully ambushes the convoy at La Turbie, chasing the survivors to Nice. During the chaos, Gregor steals the case and vanishes, attempting to sell it to the Russians. However, his contact betrays him, prompting Gregor to kill the traitor and negotiate a new deal with Mikhi, the Russian mafia leader. The team tracks Gregor with the help of Sam’s CIA contact, confronting him at the Arles Amphitheatre during a meeting with Mikhi’s men. Sam pursues Gregor, but Seamus captures him. Deirdre and Vincent confront the Russians, leading to a shootout. Sam intervenes, killing one assailant, but Vincent’s intervention causes a ricochet that injures Sam. Seamus kills Larry and escapes with Deirdre and Gregor. Vincent takes Sam to a villa owned by his friend, Jean-Pierre, where Sam recovers. Vincent enlists Jean-Pierre’s help to locate Gregor and the Irishmen.
