Description: Rob Crabbe is an awkward high school student whose life takes a bizarre turn on the day of a crucial college entrance interview. After waking up from a wet dream, Rob’s mother walks into his room and demands he clean his stained linens. The interview, for admission to Georgetown University—his parents’ alma mater—goes awry when the interviewer breaks down over his wife’s recent death. Rob’s day spirals further out of control due to a series of unfortunate events, including being hit with a water pistol and a minor bicycle accident.
Rob’s attractive classmate, Angela, seems interested in him. When they meet, they share a kiss, and things escalate quickly. However, Rob ejaculates prematurely and wakes up in his room, only to find his mother walking in again. The day repeats itself, and Rob initially thinks it’s just a dream. After experiencing the same sequence multiple times, he realizes he’s trapped in a time loop. Desperate to break free, Rob attempts various outrageous acts, such as driving a golf cart through school, smoking pot with his friend Gabrielle, and even touching a teacher’s breasts, but nothing works.
Eventually, Rob discovers he’s in love with Gabrielle and confesses his feelings to her. They decide to take their relationship further, but once again, Rob ejaculates prematurely. This time, however, he doesn’t wake up in his room but stays with Gabrielle, finally breaking the cycle and escaping the time loop.
