Storyline:
In a hidden location in Chile, a former member of Damocles—a secretive assassin organization—is killed by a specialized hit squad. The team includes Sindy, Facundo, Alexei, Kurt, and Hilde.
The story follows Duncan Vizla, also known as The Black Kaiser, a Damocles agent approaching mandatory retirement at the age of 50. Over the years, Duncan has contributed significantly to his company’s retirement fund, expecting to receive over $8 million upon retiring. However, unbeknownst to him, Mr. Blut, the owner of Damocles, intends to sell the company. To increase its value, Blut orchestrates the murders of retiring operatives, including Duncan, to seize their retirement funds through a contractual clause.
Duncan lives in a secluded Montana town, slowly forming a bond with his neighbor, Camille. He struggles with haunting memories of his violent past and tries to lead a normal life, but his efforts prove futile. After delivering an ill-fated presentation at a local school about combat and foreign cultures, he buys Camille a pistol and attempts to teach her how to use it, though she appears disturbed by the weapon.
Pressured by Vivian, a mutual associate of Blut’s, Duncan accepts a final contract. He travels to Belarus for the mission, only to discover it’s a setup to eliminate him. Returning to Montana, Duncan becomes the target of Facundo’s hit squad, who track him through his accountant and fake addresses. After assisting Sindy with a seemingly broken-down car, they return to his home and engage in a brief affair.
Duncan finds himself trapped in his house by the hit team but manages to overpower and kill them all, except for Alexei, who kidnaps Camille as part of a backup plan. Duncan learns of this from Alexei’s girlfriend, “Junkie” Jane, and seeks help from his old friend Porter. However, Porter betrays him, leaving Duncan in a precarious situation.
