**Plot Summary:**
Babu Rao, Raju, and Shyam, having risen from poverty to wealth, are enjoying their newfound prosperity. However, wealth often brings greed, and Raju, driven by the desire to multiply his riches, initiates a new scheme with a don as an unwitting investor.
After achieving unimaginable wealth, the trio lives a luxurious life with cars, mansions, and swimming pools. Yet, Raju discovers an opportunity to double his money in just 21 days. He meets Anuradha, a charming woman from a Bombay agency, who convinces him to invest a significant sum. Raju manages to gather the required amount by tricking a man named Pappu and persuading Shyam and Babu Rao to contribute their shares. However, after 21 days, they find that Anuradha and her company have vanished, leaving them bankrupt.
Forced to leave their lavish lifestyle, they move into a shabby room in a slum. Their troubles escalate when Pappu demands his money back, revealing that he owes it to Tiwari, a dangerous underworld don. Desperate, the trio attempts to reason with Tiwari, but their efforts fail. They then try to stage a robbery, which also goes awry.
Their fortunes take a turn when they learn about a wealthy Parsi man who owns a valuable antique gun collection. Seeing this as their chance to recover their losses, they plan to steal the guns and strike a deal with Tiwari. However, their plan backfires, and they find themselves pursued by ruthless gangsters, including a steel-biting man and a terrifying faceless giant, all determined to claim the guns at any cost.
