Description: In England’s Lake District, Peter Rabbit, his cousin Benjamin Bunny, and his triplet sisters Flopsy, Mopsy, and Cottontail spend their days teasing old Mr. McGregor, who had killed and eaten their father, and stealing vegetables from his garden. They befriend Bea, a kind local resident who has taken on a motherly role for the rabbits since their mother’s passing. Bea enjoys painting the rabbits and the surrounding nature. One day, Peter loses his jacket in Mr. McGregor’s garden and returns to retrieve it, only to fall into a trap set by the old man. However, Mr. McGregor suddenly dies of a heart attack due to his unhealthy lifestyle. Peter seizes the opportunity, inviting all the local animals to take over Mr. McGregor’s manor.
Meanwhile, in London, Mr. McGregor’s great-nephew, Thomas, a strict and controlling workaholic, works in the toy department of Harrods. After losing a promotion to a less deserving colleague, Thomas is fired. Learning of his inheritance of his great-uncle’s manor, he decides to renovate and sell it to fund his own toy store, aiming to get revenge. Upon arriving, Thomas evicts Peter and the animals, upgrading the garden’s security despite Bea’s objections. When Peter and Benjamin sneak back in, Thomas catches Benjamin and attempts to drown him, but Benjamin’s family rescues him. In the chaos, Thomas accidentally drops a pair of binoculars gifted by Bea. Outraged, Thomas installs an electric fence and buys dynamite to keep the rabbits away.
As Thomas and Bea grow closer and fall in love, Peter becomes jealous. This sparks a chaotic rivalry between Peter and Thomas, involving traps and pranks. The situation escalates when Peter rewires the electric fence to shock Thomas whenever he touches a doorknob. In retaliation, Thomas throws dynamite into the rabbits’ burrow, leading to further tension and conflict.
