**Storyline:**
Abhinav “Chintu” Tyagi, a middle-class government engineer from Kanpur working in the Public Works Department, is married to Vedika Tripathi, a physics tutor from Lucknow. While Chintu is content with his life, he faces constant pressure from his controlling parents to start a family and from Vedika, who dreams of moving to a big city.
Feeling bored with his routine, Chintu finds solace in Tapasya Singh, an aspiring fashion designer from Delhi who is connected to his boss. He becomes drawn to her and starts spending time with her, lying to her about Vedika’s alleged affair with one of her students. As Chintu continues to meet Tapasya, Vedika eventually discovers their relationship but keeps it to herself, silently enduring his betrayal.
Meanwhile, Vedika reconnects with her ex-boyfriend, Durgesh “Doga” Kanojia, a local troublemaker she had left for Chintu, and the two plan to leave the country together. Chintu, unaware of Vedika’s plans, visits Tapasya in Delhi, where she seduces him during a night out. However, Chintu’s conscience stops him from proceeding further.
Realizing his mistakes, Chintu tries to reconcile with Vedika, but she confronts him about his infidelity and announces her decision to leave him. Heartbroken, he rushes to her parents’ home, only to discover a letter revealing her plan to elope with Doga. Chintu and his best friend, Fahim, confront Doga at his travel agency but are met with violence from Doga’s henchmen.
