Description: Brothers Julian and Billy, American expatriates, operate a Muay Thai boxing club in Bangkok, Thailand, which serves as a cover for their drug-dealing activities. Julian, the more reserved brother, has a peculiar habit of being tied up while watching his favorite prostitute, Mai, perform. One night, Billy rapes and kills an underage prostitute, leading to his confrontation with Thai police. Chang, a vigilante-style police lieutenant, allows the girl’s father, Choi, to beat Billy to death. Later, Chang severs Choi’s right forearm with his sword for allowing his daughter to work as a prostitute. During a session with Mai, Julian has a vision of Chang cutting off his hand in a dark room.
Upon learning of his brother’s death, Julian and his crew confront Choi, but Julian ultimately spares his life. Crystal, the brothers’ mother, arrives in Bangkok and demands that Julian kill the person responsible for Billy’s death. Julian refuses, believing Choi’s revenge was justified. After having Choi killed, Crystal discovers Chang’s involvement and strikes a deal with Byron, a rival drug dealer, offering him a share of her drug operation in exchange for eliminating Chang.
Chang investigates Choi’s murder and deduces that Julian is not the killer. That evening, Julian brings Mai, posing as his girlfriend, to meet Crystal at a restaurant. Crystal sees through the ruse, insults Mai, and belittles Julian, declaring him sexually inferior to Billy. Julian passively accepts Crystal’s abuse and later humiliates Mai by forcing her to strip on the way home.
Two hitmen attempt to assassinate Chang at a restaurant, resulting in the deaths of several customers and two of Chang’s men. Chang kills one of the hitmen and brutally tortures the other for information. The surviving hitman leads Chang to Li Po, who has been arranging hits to support his disabled son. Chang kills the hitman but spares Li Po. He later tracks down Byron at a club, tortures him to death, but fails to uncover who ordered the hit.
