Description: The Straw Hat Pirates arrive at Delta Island to attend the Pirate Fest, a grand gathering of pirates organized by Buena Festa. Festa sends the pirates to a floating island to search for a treasure once owned by the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger. The Straw Hats, alongside other pirate crews, including the Worst Generation and former allies and enemies, embark on a journey via a Knock Up Stream. They engage in fierce battles as they race to claim the treasure.
Unknown to the pirates, this event is part of a secret plot orchestrated by Festa and the legendary pirate Douglas Bullet, who was imprisoned in Impel Down for two decades before being freed two years prior. Trafalgar Law uncovers the scheme and is attacked but manages to escape to the Thousand Sunny, where he warns the Straw Hats. Robin, Sanji, Chopper, and Brook team up with Law to investigate, joined by the undercover Marine, Smoker. They infiltrate Festa’s hideout and discover his collaboration with the Marines to launch a Buster Call on Delta Island, which would annihilate the island and everyone on it.
When the treasure is finally found, a ship arrives and destroys the floating island, causing the pirates to fall into the bay below. Bullet seizes the treasure and challenges the Worst Generation to a fight. Luffy and his allies struggle against Bullet’s immense strength and his Clank-Clank Fruit powers. Usopp intervenes to save Luffy, drawing Bullet’s attention. Meanwhile, the other pirates attempt to escape Delta Island but encounter the approaching Marine Buster Call fleet.
As the pirates clash with the Marines, Law’s group confronts Smoker in Festa’s lair. Sanji battles Smoker while Law and Robin escape. Sanji reveals Festa’s plan to Smoker, who realizes the Marines have been manipulated. Law and Robin encounter the former Warlord Crocodile, who proposes a scheme involving Law. Bullet confronts the Buster Call fleet, unleashing his awakened Devil Fruit powers to destroy the fleet and the surrounding town, reshaping it into a massive colossus that overwhelms both pirates and Marines. Festa ultimately reveals the true nature of the treasure.
