Description: Two years after the events of the first film, Mac and Kelly Radner are expecting another child and planning to sell their home to the Baiers family. Their realtor informs them that the house is in escrow for 30 days. Meanwhile, Mac’s friend Jimmy and his wife Paula are also preparing for a baby.
At college, freshman Shelby meets Beth and Nora. Disappointed that sororities are not allowed to host parties and disgusted by the sexist and predatory nature of frat parties, the trio decides to create their own sorority, Kappa Nu, to throw their own events.
Teddy Sanders, a former frat brother, is struggling to rebuild his life due to a criminal record from the events of the first film. His friends Pete, Scoonie, and Garf have moved on with successful careers, but Teddy remains stuck. After helping Pete’s boyfriend Darren propose, Pete asks Teddy to move out. Alone and desperate, Teddy returns to the old frat house, now located next to the Radners’ home.
Teddy meets Shelby, Beth, and Nora, who are trying to rent the house for their sorority but cannot afford it. Seeing an opportunity to feel valued, Teddy offers to help them organize parties, attracting enough donations and new members to cover the rent.
Concerned that the sorority’s activities might jeopardize the sale of their house, Mac and Kelly ask Shelby to stop the parties temporarily. When she refuses, they seek help from the college dean and Shelby’s father, but to no avail. Kappa Nu retaliates by pranking the Radners, leading to a series of escalating conflicts.
Mac, Kelly, Jimmy, and Paula fight back by infesting the sorority house with bed bugs, forcing the girls to evacuate and pay for fumigation. The chaos unfolds just as the Baiers come to inspect the property. Meanwhile, Teddy confronts Pete about his life choices and moves into the sorority house, finding a new sense of purpose.
