Description: Mac Radner and his Australian-born wife Kelly are adapting to life with their newborn daughter, Stella. The responsibilities of parenthood have made it hard for them to maintain their previous lifestyle, causing them to drift apart from their friends Jimmy Blevins and his ex-wife, Paula. A fraternity known for wild parties, Delta Psi Beta, moves in next door. The fraternity’s leaders, Teddy Sanders and Pete Regazolli, aim to secure a spot in Delta Psi’s Hall of Fame by hosting a massive end-of-year celebration.
The Radners ask Teddy to keep the noise down, and to win their favor, he invites them to join the party. Kelly meets Teddy’s girlfriend Brooke Shy, and Teddy shows Mac his room, which contains fireworks and the house’s power control. Teddy agrees to manage the noise but insists the Radners call him instead of the police. However, when the next party keeps Stella awake and Mac can’t reach Teddy, Kelly convinces him to call the police anonymously. Officer Watkins reveals their identity to Teddy.
Feeling betrayed, Teddy leads Delta Psi in harassing the Radners, resulting in Stella nearly ingesting an unused condom after the fraternity dumps trash on their lawn. The Radners approach the college dean, Carol Gladstone, but the school’s “three strikes” policy prevents immediate action. Delta Psi’s first strike was burning down their previous house.
Unable to force the fraternity to leave by damaging their house, Kelly manipulates Pete and Brooke into having sex, and Mac arranges for Teddy to catch them. The ensuing fight between Teddy and Pete injures a professor, earning Delta Psi their second strike and placing them on probation, halting their party plans. Determined to shut down the fraternity, Mac and Kelly enlist Jimmy’s help, who is upset that Paula is involved with a fraternity member, Scoonie.
