Description: The storyline of *Naiyaandi* (2013) revolves around Chinna Vandu, a young man living in his uncle’s household. Despite his persistent efforts, he fails to win the heart of Vanaroja, a girl visiting her grandmother during a village festival. When Vanaroja loses her ring during the festivities, her father offers a hefty reward for its return. Chinna Vandu finds the ring but selflessly gives it to a needy woman instead, a gesture that finally captures Vanaroja’s affection.
Later, Vanaroja returns home, only to discover her father has arranged her marriage to a man named Krishna. On the night of her birthday, Chinna Vandu visits her and learns about the engagement. The two decide to escape together and elope. With the help of his cousin Soori, Chinna Vandu arranges for Vanaroja to stay with his family under the guise of being an orphan. However, complications arise when Chinna Vandu’s father decides to marry Vanaroja to one of his brothers. Facing this unexpected twist, Chinna Vandu must find a way to reveal the truth and ensure their love prevails.
