Description: Lucky, a small-time criminal played by Anil Kapoor, plans to retire with his girlfriend Lara (Koena Mitra) after one final heist. However, his plans go awry when he crosses paths with a dangerous killer, Billa (Sanjay Dutt). Lucky steals 2.5 million from Billa, but Lara double-crosses him by taking the money. To make matters worse, Lucky discovers that his friends have been murdered. Billa eventually tracks him down, but Lucky manages to strike a deal. He is sent to Goa to meet Jacko (Shakti Kapoor) and sell him a mysterious bag. Upon returning to his hotel, Lucky encounters a suspicious police inspector (Aditya Pancholi).
While in Goa, Lucky spots a dancer named Sam (Sameera Reddy) at a small restaurant. He follows her and gets a chance to meet her when her car breaks down. Sam introduces herself, and Lucky offers her a ride home. Later that night, Lucky meets Jacko at a disco, where he runs into Sam again. After securing the money, Lucky prepares to leave the next morning. Sam visits his hotel, but their meeting is interrupted by the inspector. Lucky instructs Sam to hide and secretly stashes the bag of money in a stranger’s car. By the time the inspector leaves, the car with the money is gone.
Meanwhile, Billa locates Lara, retrieves the stolen money, and kills her. While Billa conceals the fact that he has the money back, Lucky hides that he has lost it. Soon, Lucky crosses paths with Sam’s husband, Lukka (Mahesh Manjrekar), who offers him 2.5 million to kill Sam. Simultaneously, Sam approaches Lucky with a counteroffer: she will pay him the same amount to kill Lukka. Both want the job done that night. During a tense encounter, Lukka attempts to assault Sam, but she accidentally shoots and kills him in self-defense.
