The story revolves around Amartya Rao, who leads a simple life with his father and younger brother, Arjun. He becomes entangled in a conflict with Gaitonde’s henchmen, who extort money from poor vegetable and fruit vendors. Arrested and imprisoned, Gaitonde plots to kill Amartya, but he survives and befriends Nari Khan, a smuggler who supports him throughout his journey. After being bailed out by a powerful politician named Bhau, Amartya begins working for him and eventually forms his own gang, earning fear and respect.
Gaitonde teams up with industrialist Khaitan to eliminate Amartya, but their plan backfires when Amartya and his gang kill Khaitan in broad daylight. In retaliation, Khaitan’s wife offers a 10-crore reward to any police officer who can eliminate Amartya. This sets the stage for the entry of Vijay Sawarkar, an encounter specialist determined to take down Amartya.
The film delves into themes of crime, power, and justice, showcasing the rise and fall of a man caught in the turbulent underworld of Mumbai.
