The story revolves around Sameer Malhotra, a man with a short temper and anger-management issues stemming from the loss of his parents during his childhood. In Goa, Sameer meets Rani, an aspiring fashion designer, and falls in love with her. Despite initial tension with her father, Jugraj Singh, a former colonel, Sameer and Rani develop a close bond. However, Sameer’s bad luck strikes again when a misunderstanding leads to a disagreement with Singh, and Rani overhears Sameer speaking negatively about her to a astrologer, causing her to distance herself.
Complications arise when Sunny, Sameer’s roommate, also falls for Rani. Sunny takes advantage of Sameer’s mistakes to win Rani’s affection. Sameer secretly supports Rani’s career by funding her participation in a fashion competition, but Sunny deceives her by claiming to be her benefactor. A series of misunderstandings and accidents, including the injury of Rani’s father and the kidnapping of her dog Tommy, further strain Sameer’s relationship with Rani. In the end, Sameer tries to make amends by replacing Tommy with an identical dog, hoping to repair the damage.
