Description: Orphaned at a young age, Elizabeth Willoughby inherited her family estate and was raised by Robert, a retired U.S. Marine, who also managed the family business. Lionsgate will release “Miss Willoughby and the Haunted Bookshop” on February 8 for home viewers. The trailer features Willoughby interrogating suspicious characters in lavish settings, reminiscent of classic British mysteries like “Midsomer Murders” and “Gosford Park,” with a supernatural twist.
The official synopsis introduces Miss Willoughby as a smart and stylish detective, orphaned in childhood, raised by a family friend, and skilled in strategy, literature, and martial arts.
