Description: Raghava manages a breakfast center in his village alongside his father, Kondal Rao. Raghava is passionate about his Bombay chutney recipe and aspires to open a hotel in the nearby city of Guntur. However, Kondal Rao disapproves of this idea. Determined, Raghava and his friend Gopal secretly look for a suitable location for the hotel. Nageswara Rao, Raghava’s uncle, offers a shed on lease, but Raghava initially declines due to his complicated relationship with Nageswara Rao’s daughter, Sandhya. The shed is located far from the city center and obstructed by a large tree. Facing limited options, Raghava eventually accepts the offer, with Kondal Rao reluctantly agreeing to fund it using money from their chit fund.
When the chit fund manager defaults on payments, Raghava’s plans fall apart. After much deliberation, Kondal Rao decides to sell their land to cover the costs. Nageswara Rao, aware that the land’s value is set to increase, manipulates the situation to acquire it at a low price. Unaware of the land’s true worth, Kondal Rao agrees to the deal. Upon realizing they were deceived, Kondal Rao becomes furious with Raghava.
Raghava opens his hotel in the shed but suffers heavy initial losses. Meanwhile, Sandhya receives a marriage proposal from an Assistant Engineer (AE) working in Nageswara Rao’s office, thanks to the increased value of the land. Kondal Rao, learning of Raghava’s feelings for Sandhya, asks Nageswara Rao to allow their marriage. However, Nageswara Rao favors the AE. Shortly after, the land’s value decreases, and the AE’s family cancels the proposal. Left with no choice, Nageswara Rao agrees to Raghava and Sandhya’s marriage. However, Raghava insists he will only marry once the hotel becomes profitable.
